It can be amazing just how much you can recover a dull under exposed images with the tools in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. This free Lightroom preset is my starting point for dull winter landscapes that require an injection of vibrance and clarity and creating some winter drama.
You can see from the image below the rather unexciting starting point and just how much the preset transforms the contrast and dynamic appearance of the image. Obviously presets are processing recipes so may find you need to adjust the shadows, highlights or exposure to get the most from your images.
You can download the Lightroom Winter Drama Preset using the link below. It’s a free preset and should be used as a starting point to your image processing in Lightroom Classic. The preset was designed for RAW images so it may look at little severe on JPG images.
