100: Our Story of Healing, Honour and Hope

1 min read

Over the last few months I have been working with Evangelical Alliance on the supply of images for a very special one off magazine entitled ‘100: Our Story of Healing, Honour and Hope’.

100: is our Story of Healing, Honour and Hope is a collection of thoughts, interviews and essays that pause to reflect one hundred years on from the Easter Rising and the Battle of the Somme, while looking forward to a hope-filled story for the next one hundred years in our land.

Among a wide variety of features, the magazine includes interviews with the First Minister and Deputy First Minister, Arlene Foster and Martin McGuinness, the Attorney General for Northern Ireland, John Larkin, and Ulster Rugby player, Ruan Pienaar. Other contributors include the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, former Lord Mayor of Belfast, Nichola Mallon, and artist, Ross Wilson.

Copies of the magazine will be available to purchase at Ground coffee shops and various independent retailers. Bulk copies will be available on request, just email info@100days100years.com

100 Days 100 Years

The magazine forms part of a larger movement of prophetic prayer – 100 days of prayer for 100 years of history. This decade of centenaries has the potential to divide our community. The team believe this is a significant moment for the church to unite and lead society in response to the historic events that have shaped the story of our land.

Official Launch

Note: The magazine will be officially launched on St Patrick’s Day as part of the annual celebrations at Down Cathedral.

It was a privilege to work with the Evangelical Alliance team on such a quality publication covering somewhat challenging content. If you are near a Ground Coffee, over the next few weeks is definitely worth picking up a copy of 100: Our Story of Healing, Honour and Hope.
