iPhonography : The Tree

iPhonography : The Tree

The idea of phone cameras replacing digital SLR technology is beyond an imaginary stretch. There is questioning the leap on mobile camera technology. The new iPhone 4 offers 5 megapixels with a built in flash but it still doesn’t match even the cheapest SLR.

Mobile photography is handy for all those times when you don’t want to lung around a camera bag or selection of lenses. From the live music concert (Pearl Jam:Belfast) through those impromptu times when you wish you had packed a camera.

Over the last week I have been playing with Camera+ which is possibly the most promising iPhone camera application. I’ve posted a sample, although the exposure on the left is terrible.

You can read a review of Camera+ including this image over at TotalApps.

AMUZE : If you are reading this post as you subscribed to Amuze.me then the bad news is Amuze ceased on 1st July after three years covering NI music. Hopefully I will still bring you some photos from events via FlixelPix.
