This week I ventured into the realm of full frame digital photography with the Canon 5D MKII. Nervously I took the new camera for a walk around the local county side and found moving from a cropped sensor to full frame is going to take a little bit of getting used to.

For landscape work I am playing with the 17-40mm (sadly not my own) and it is stunning, almost offering a 180 degree field of view. Once I get used to the on-off switch being in a totally different location from any other Canon camera I have owned I think the 5DMKII is a winner.
